Chief Lynch announces promotions

Chief Thomas Lynch appeared before the Town Council on February 1st to announce a series of promotions within the Franklin Police Department. Promoted to Lieutenant, James West. Promoted to Sergeant, Daniel Smith, Promoted to Detective, Richard Grover and Jonathan Bussey, and assigned to the Community Services Division, Paul Guarino. All of these officers were joined by friends, family, and fellow officers to congratulate them on their new assignments.
