You are invited to participate in this fun, free program which encourages you to read 1000 books with your child before they start kindergarten!  Brought to you by the Franklin Public Library!

The concept is simple, the rewards are priceless. Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, and/or toddler. The goal is to have read 1000 books (yes you can repeat books) before your precious one starts kindergarten!

Simply fill out the form below (fill it out individually for each participating child!) then come to the children's desk at the library and pick up you folder with everything you'll need to keep track of your reading! Every time you and your child complete 100 books, come share your milestone with us and get a prize! When you reach 1000 books, we will celebrate with a special prize and a spot on our wall of fame!
