Minor Buffer Zone Activity (MBZA)
MBZA Application Process:
• A complete application package and fee is submitted to the Conservation Commission office and is placed on the next available agenda;
• All MBZA activities must be in the 50'-100' buffer zone to a resource area;
• An MBZA is not a public hearing;
• The agent reviews the application, conducts a site inspection and generates a review letter to the applicant and prepares recommendations to the Commission;
• When the Commission is satisfied that all necessary information has been received, it will vote on the application.
