Pound is a 45 minute fitnesss class that combines cardio, strength training and pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body fun workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix, improve your brain biochemistry rhythm, timing, coordination, speed agility, endurance and musicality. 

$3 per class.
