- Department of Children and Families guidance for reporting abuse and neglect
- Families with loved ones in nursing homes in Massachusetts can use this new hotline to get information and resources, coordinated across state agencies. Call anytime, 9am-5pm, 7 days a week at 617-660-5399
- Reachma.org serves as a resource for victims of domestic abuse. In order to provide a safe connection during the COVID-19 restrictions, REACH has created a secure chat line that can be found by typing rc.chat/voices into an internet browser. It is monitored by staff between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday and it not detectable in browser history. Read more here

- Project Bread can help callers with SNAP applications over the phone. The number is 800-645-8333 and they are open 8:00 am -7:00 pm, Mon-Fri and 10:00 am -2:00 pm on Saturdays throughout the crisis.
