Based on the escalating global COVID-19 pandemic, effective March 16, 2020, the Franklin Town and School Administration offices, as well as all Franklin public buildings will be closed to the public through May 18th, 2020.  Beginning May 18th. some staff will be working in our public buildings based on Governor's Baker's 4 phase reentry plan. The buildings remain closed to the public, however, the drive-up window at the municipal building is now open for business during regular hours. 

Bill Payments & Permitting

  • White dropbox - residents can drop off payments by check and money order only, census forms, etc. in the white dropbox (mailbox) located on the side of the municipal building.
