Outstanding Agency Award

On May 21, 2003, Franklin Housing Authority was honored by the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials and represented with an Outstanding Agency Award or its 'Helping Hands Program'. This program was developed to assist low-income residents in the housing authority to make rental payments in exchange for community service.
