Franklin for All

Franklin For All has been a community-driven process to establish a vision for the Franklin Center and surrounding areas to make recommendation for rezoning the area to best achieve the vision and unlock high-quality new development.  Based on significant community feedback through an online survey, hybrid public forums, focus groups, Steering Committee meetings, tabling at local festivals, and interviews with Town Staff, the Franklin For All team has crafted the vision for the future.
