In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain  the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 7,250 feet of  roadway improvements along Country Club Drive, Jordan Road, Tam-O-Shanter Road, and  Burning Tree Road within the Town of Franklin.
