Electrical, Plumbing and Gasfitting Permits
- Must meet all code requirements;
- Rough Electrical work must be signed off before rough frame inspection will be scheduled;
- Contractor must call to request inspections. (NOTE: Plumber/ Gasfitter must be on site when Plumbing or Gas Inspection is made!)
- Final Electrical work must be signed off before final building inspections will be scheduled.
- An Electrician and/or Adult person over 18 years old must be on site when Electrical Inspection is made and if not cancelled and rescheduled, a $40 reinspection fee will be charged.
