The Town Council has committed to appointing a member to serve as a liaison on the GATRA Advisory Board. GATRA oversees the operation of fixed-route bus services in 28 member communities including Franklin. All 28 member communities have demand response (Dial-A-Ride) services for people with disabilities and seniors.
