The public hearing for Notice of Intent filed for Spruce Pond will be on April 6, not March 22

The Conservation Commission Public Hearing for a Notice of Intent filed by SOLitude Lake Management will first begin at the April 6, 2023, Conservation Commission meeting at 7 pm. It is not on the agenda for the March 22 Conservation Commission meeting, which the March 23 meeting has been rescheduled to.
Copies of the Notice of Intent can be emailed to anyone who makes a request and can also be viewed at the Conservation Department in the Municipal Building on 355 East Central Street.
