A complete application package and fee are submitted to the Conservation Commission office and are placed on the next available agenda.
All MBZA activities must be in the 50-foot to 100-foot buffer zone to a resource area.
An MBZA is not a public hearing.
The agent reviews the application, conducts a site inspection, generates a review letter to the applicant, and prepares recommendations to the Commission.
When the Commission is satisfied that all necessary information has been received, it will vote on the application.
