The members who comprise the Franklin Fire Department are among the most professional fire service employees in the Commonwealth. They are proud of the job they do and the community they serve. They are on the job 24 hours a day 365 days per year and respond to our residents in time of crisis. Additionally, they spend countless off duty hours away from family attending courses and continuing education to ensure their skills are maintained at the highest level.
All of our personnel participated in a strategic planning initiative that is intended to improve our present level of services for today and beyond. The high quality of services provided by the Franklin Fire Department are in large measure due to the efforts of our dedicated group of employees and because of them, we are ready to respond in each and every citizen's time of need.
