Welcome to the Town of Franklin's Emergency Management Webpage. During any snow storm or other emergency situation, please check in on this site for the most up to date information on announcements, power outages, tips and other information that may be useful throughout any declared emergency.
In the event of an emergency, please prepare your home or business accordingly with an Emergency Kit to help protect your family. Make sure to keep your cell phones charged in case of a power outage!
Remember to always call 911 in an emergency!

- Massachusetts Emergency Management Association (MEMA): Follow the MEMA on Facebook and Twitter (@MassEMA) for preparedness tips
- National Weather Service: The National Weather Service monitors conditions and sends Wireless Emergency Alerts for the most imminent and severe weather conditions, which includes tornados, flash floods, hurricanes, and tsunamis. You do not need to subscribe to receive these alerts.
- Massachusetts Non-Emergency Assistance Hotline (2-1-1): The Commonwealth's primary telephone information call center can be reached by calling 2-1-1. Call 2-1-1 for information about the location of open shelters, transportation or other restrictions due to a declared state of emergency, post disaster assistance, ways to volunteer or donate, or other services you or your family may need.
