The Franklin Crisis Action Team (FCAT) is a collaborative effort to provide resources to high-risk Franklin residents. FCAT is a partnership between Police, Fire, Co-Response Team, Public Health, Town Administration, Veterans' Affairs, and the Senior Center. The team works to serve all members of the community, offering resources and guidance.
