Abuse of adults age 60 and older includes physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, caretaker neglect, financial exploitation, and self-neglect. Anyone who has a concern of possible abuse of an elder can file a report. Reports can be filed anonymously.

Disabled Persons Protection Commission 24/7 Hotline

The Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC) protects adults with disabilities ages 18 through 59 from abuse or neglect by their caregivers through investigations, oversight, public awareness, and prevention. If you suspect or observe abuse or neglect of a person with a disability, report to the DPPC by calling the 24-hour Hotline or by submitting an abuse report online.
