Navigating MassHealth, housing, and transportation are among the skills needed to successfully live in the community. MetroWest also offers an Options Counseling program for individuals needing long-term care services.

Hoarding Support

AgeSpan is a private, nonprofit agency that serves as a trusted, impartial resource connecting people of all ages and abilities and their caregivers with impartial information, quality services, and vigorous advocacy. AgeSpan offers a variety of support groups and counseling for those experiencing hoarding behavior and for their families and caregivers.
