New Year's Eve Party

Come join the party at the Franklin Public Library!  We’ll have a plethora of wearable and decorative crafts and activities for the young and the young at heart.  A mini smorgasbord of refreshments will be served.  So, whether you are planning on ringing in the “Noon Year” or staying up for the stroke of midnight, you’ll be in style with festive hats, noise makers, table decorations and more!
