The Senior Center offers social services assistance to all Franklin residents with our Social Services Coordinator. Services include: housing assistance, referrals to home care agencies, career services, independent living communities, long-term care facilities, caregiver programs, pharmacy outreach programs, medical durable equipment, transportation services, behavioral health, and legal referrals.
Our coordinator can also assist with applications for public benefits including fuel assistance, SNAP, unemployment, social security, MassHealth, housing, and other related cost saving programs.
