Presented by the Franklin Cultural Council, the Franklin Cultural District Committee, Franklin Downtown Partnership and the Department of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, and our incredible community partners, this festive initiative celebrates local talent, small businesses, and the joyful spirit of the season.

This year’s A Wreath of Franklin theme — “Franklin Welcomes the World” — celebrates our community’s warmth, creativity, and global connection. As our neighbors at Gillette Stadium prepare to host international soccer games next summer, Franklin is embracing the same spirit of unity and celebration that brings people together from across the globe."

The 2025 A-Wreath-of-Franklin Report highlights the second annual celebration of creativity, community, and local culture in downtown Franklin. This year’s program built on the success of its inaugural season by combining community-designed wreaths, pop-up arts activations, and a seasonal market featuring over 20 local vendors. 

The report shares insights on the program’s planning, community engagement, and economic impact, demonstrating how temporary creative initiatives can activate public spaces, support local businesses, and strengthen Franklin’s identity as a vibrant, community-oriented destination.
