Important Update from the Assessor's Office

Hello Franklin residents,

FY 2021 Real Estate or Personal Property Abatement Applications must be received in the Municipal Building Assessors Office on or before 4:00 PM on Monday, February 1, 2021.  See details on the reverse side of the Abatement Application for the one USPS Postmark exception to this requirement.  The Board has no authority to act on any late-filed Application. 

In order to protect appeal rights, all four (4) FY 2021 Quarterly Tax Bills must be paid in full, timely by the due dates, and without accruing any interest; including interest accrued but forgiven.
