In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing roadway paving along approximately 1,400 feet of Jordan Road, 200 feet along Elm Street, and a reconstruction of a residential driveway, all in the Town of Franklin.
