The work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of various roadway improvements on Dean Avenue and Hillside Road in the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will include excavation, pavement reclamation, paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, concrete and asphalt sidewalks, drainage improvements, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
