Invitation for Bids (IFB)

TOWN OF FRANKLIN

In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of providing Hot-In-Place Asphalt Recycling Services at various locations within the Town of Franklin.

Project: The work to be done under this project consists of performing hot-in-place asphalt recycling by heater scarification of existing asphalt pavement along portions of Constitution Blvd, Liberty Way, Discovery Way, and Freedom Way in the Town of Franklin.   Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
