In accordance with MGL c. 30B section 6, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to seek proposals from qualified bidders for providing the supply and delivery of water materials and meters.

Project: The work to be done under this contract consists of the supply and delivery of water materials and meters. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the agreed on bid proposal prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
