In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 5,600 feet of waterline improvements and other various drainage improvements on Lincoln Street in the Town of Franklin.

Project:  The work to be performed will include excavation, water main installation, drainage improvements, trench patching with hot mix asphalt, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
