In accordance with MGL c.30B, it is the intention of the Town to purchase 60 Smith & Wesson M&P9 Compact M2.0 Pistols and sell firearms/accessories as described in the IFB available for download on the Town website. Qualified bidders must be a Safe Holding Facility and have been a licensed retailer and servicer of Smith & Wesson pistols for a minimum of three years.
