In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of installing two Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) systems and five Bicycle Racks in specified locations within the Town of Franklin.
