Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30B, Section 15, the Town of Franklin seeks to dispose of one hundred forty two (142) pre-owned surplus laptop computers using a sealed bid process.  The Town of Franklin is soliciting written bids for the laptop computers which are in various conditions and previously used within the Franklin Public School system.
