Invitation for Bids (IFB)
TOWN OF FRANKLIN
In accordance with MGL c. 30 / 39m section 5, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to seek proposals from qualified bidders for to locate and pinpoint all leaks in the Town’s water distribution system.
Project: The work to be done under this contract consists of leak detection within the water distribution system which consists of approximately 40 miles of A.C. Pipe and 120 miles of Iron Pipe with 2,000 fire hydrants and 9,600 services. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the agreed on bid proposal price, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.

Contract Term: August 15th. 2020- June 30th, 2023
