The Town of Franklin is working with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) on Franklin For All, a study commissioned by the town to build on Franklin Center’s existing assets and overcome barriers that are preventing the area from fully realizing its potential as a vibrant, mixed-use destination via rezoning. A vision for Franklin Center will be defined by utilizing feedback from focus groups and public forums.

Franklin For All’s first public forum was on March 7th, 2022. That night we launched our Visioning Survey with a closing deadline of April 1st, 2022. We were able to get over 600 Residents to complete that survey and provide us with what THEY want to see downtown. The next phase of Franklin For All is ready! The draft zoning reccomendations utilizing the feedback from that survey and are now ready for additional review. Join us on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at 6pm as we discuss, analyze and workshop the draft zoning recommendations.
